Jonathon brings a unique blend of legal expertise and transactional insight to the brokerage field. Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, Jonathon earned his finance degree from the University of Kentucky before graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, laying a strong foundation in both business and legal principles.

Following law school, Jonathon clerked for the Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court. He then joined a large regional law firm, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail and industrial properties. Building on this experience, Jonathon served as general counsel for the largest private retail developer in Kentucky, overseeing complex deals and strategic initiatives.

Transitioning to the brokerage side, Jonathon leverages his extensive background in deal structuring to provide clients with comprehensive guidance. He collaborates closely with client accountants and wealth managers, adopting a holistic approach to maximize returns and achieve optimal outcomes in commercial real estate ventures.

Outside of his professional life, Jonathon cherishes time with his wife and two daughters and is actively involved in local nonprofits, contributing to community development and charitable causes. Whether assisting with property acquisitions or strategic leasing, Jonathon is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
