Evan brings over a decade of experience in leadership development, relationship-building, and strategic communication into his work at White Oak. After 13+ years serving in college, young adult, and local church ministry, he now applies that experience to support clients, strengthen internal operations, and contribute to the communities White Oak serves.

For Evan, commercial real estate is ultimately about people. In this season, he's investing that energy into the operational and marketing side of the business with the goal of helping clients make wise, well-informed decisions and build lasting partnerships.

Born and raised in Lexington, Evan graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2011 and earned a Masters degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2015.

Evan has been married to his wife, Emily, for 10 years. They are active members of Southland Christian Church and have three children, Willa (6), Walter (4), and Jett (1).
